Yanfeng is a joke!!!!! Communist China through and through!! Forced 12 hours a day 5 days a week!!!! This company does not care about it's workers, only profits. This has been relayed to other workers/myself from office personnel. If you value your life/lifestyle, do not work for Yanfeng!!!!!!!!!!

Getting to go home at the end of the day.

Communication, understanding of worker's lives and a little compassion. Stopping favoritism!!

My suggestions are no longer free for this company to capitalize on. Pay up!!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i feel i am nothing but a number to the company. Told we/i are the most important asset to the company but recieve very minimal wage increases/bonuses/zero sharing of any kind/or really any incentive to come to work at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Segregation in the workplace is real. Quite sure favoritism plays a big role in it..........gotta be good looking to be part of that crowd, gotta be rich to be part of that crowd, gotta be a pill head to be part of that crowd, etc.....
