The tight, cohesive "work & learn together" attitude seems to work great in most every group/team I've seen since day #1.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse -- and diversity is genuinely open and free and Yardi. The diversity at Yardi goes much further than nationality or race. Yardi provides a well respected "safe place" to be and express what you feel inside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
#1 - Better Benefits - the medical benefits or just horrible #2 - The pay for the job expectations and significantly intricate details of the software packages is clearly not a fair swap of "learned - mastered" skills with pay. If our jobs were fairly & legitimately benchmarked, it would show!
