Everything like litteraly prettyy much everything
Not all managers are compassionate and good communicators or planners. And there's no-one there to straighten them up. If you get a bad manager, you can't change teams.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wellness, PTO, extra money monthly for massages, gym, etc. Great equipment, fun presents in the mail, fun presents with contests, money for advanced learning, stock options, wfh stipend, and wfh money to set up office.
They pay for our gym.
Uncapped commission on top of regular pay

If i could just get a million bucks

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
unreasonable quotas and the businesses we call hate yelp
The product managers need to pay more attention to the negative comments online. Biz owners are very open about everything that's wrong with the product.
