What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Ygrene Energy Fund? How many hours are you working?
The engineering team is amazing. We all have fun, enjoy what we work on. There's an openness within the Tech team that allows some exploring of new tools and technologies. Rarely do engineers have to work more than than normal 40 hours per week. Every engineer is placed on an on-call rotation so there are additional support hours.
