The Unlimited PTO is great.

It is a very comprehensive offering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company is not up to market standards and yearly increases are minimal (even for high performers). Prefers to hire externally than promote from within
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, fun and hard working
Generally people are friendly and willing to help
The Diversity of skills and expertise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings need to have an agenda and account for different timezones. Need to have follow through afterwards otherwise they are unecessary
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration opportunity between product and business
Fair, open minded, socially conscious.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop playing favoritism and include all team members

well organized, clear and transparent. process is communicated w/ candidates up front
