What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They need new Leadership! It starts at the head. They also need realistic goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better leadership... I experienced the worst VP of sales in my career history. He was passive aggressive and demotivating. He promised the board numbers we could never hit consistently. If you have 15 sales rep and only 3 are hitting the numbers then there is something seriously wrong.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Many coworkers are complaining about carrying the team when they're been fed the leads.
