I gave my time to youfit and genuinely cared about that company. I felt like that was taken advantage of and I was pushed to my limits. Some of my favorite people and memories reside in that building but also some of my worst days were caused by that job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not understand what competition between gyms is and continually puts us at a disadvantage to get ahead. They then blame the bottom rung of their staff for not performing sales up to par.
