Everything. Understanding, Speak to employees in batter matter. Don't tell them you don't understand them. Try to listen better. to your team not only you. Teach your team how to do better in the department and with all training. Department Manager never accept or process employees request

training / development of employees, hiring within, motivation, unrealistic goals, empathy, productivity, the changing of every rule and fee every other week, running flash sales and open houses every day... and many more.

i have worked for the company for 2 years as an operations leader. training and developing is rare even though i have worked closely with 4 different managers. before i was promoted the phase system was fair and the wages fit the position, now i feel that $10/hr is not acceptable for the workload.

training managers how to lead instead of sit in a office on unproductive calls that nobody cares about. Less Talking behind coworkers backs, and making fun of other coworkers in distance of hearing.

PAY MORE FOR STARTERS INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESSES EG IF SOMETHING NEEDS FIXING FIX IT AND GET RID OF SOME OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AS I BELIEVE THERE ARE TOO MANY OF THEM AND NOT ENOUGH FRONT LINE STAFF TO COVER ROTAS OR DO THE JOB.

TOO MANY SENIOR MANAGERS FOR STARTERS. LISTEN TO YOUR FRONT LINE STAFF MORE, PAY THEM BETTER AND GIVE THEM ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY EG CORRECT TRAINING AND PPE

Pay on net terms. most of the customer are not corporate they are owner operators./ small business.

Management does not understand what competition between gyms is and continually puts us at a disadvantage to get ahead. They then blame the bottom rung of their staff for not performing sales up to par.
