They always communicate to all the team and ensure transparency within the group

Knowledgeable but lack good employment policies. High employee dissatisfaction, discrimination in some markets like Saudi Arabia. No employee training.

Leading a a business rather than looking after themselves

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benchmark the competition as the company pays below AVG
For my education level and skills, I should be paid more. Also health insurance is expensive especially if you need to add a spouse or children to the plan.

Growing quickly! Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
They are helpful and knowledgeable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are very junior and have not been trained (not their fault). There also is a culture of not sharing skills with others as an attempt for self-preservation.

I very luckily have a good manager but there are just a few
