What is the best part about your compensation package?

My compensation always comes on time as well as any bonuses earned throughout the season.

That I get to earn more than that of the average college student, while learning important skills to thrive in business.

Commission based pay is great

You control how much you make. Sell more and produce more, the more money you make. Paint more houses, make more money!

The perks, the trips, the fun events you get to be a part of.

The CEO always plans fun events, we had a Triathlon, boat outing, and numerous team dinners over the past few months. These events has allowed everyone to grow closer and be more motivated to work!

You get out what you put in. If you work your butt off and follow the goals and roadmap that you create you can for sure make very decent money.

There is no cap to how much you can make

I do not have a compensation package.

It is a fair package

This small company goes above and beyond the "typical package." Income is important, but so is the ability of being able to take time off - for yourself, for appointments, home, family, etc. Also company experiences and team bonding throughout the year is amazing.
