My experience has been 11/10. I feel valued, appreciated, respected, and have grown in not only my work life, but with my family and friendships. It's because continued leadership skills are worked on year after year. I am not alone, I have a team I can rely on.
What makes you most happy at work?
The honesty, compassion, and joy we experience as a team each day. It's fun. We retain our office team for years, because it truly is a happy place to be at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable. The team is dedicated to each employee as an individual. We have different needs, and they respect that. They roll up their sleeves and do the work. In every sense of this question, they are a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This small company goes above and beyond the "typical package." Income is important, but so is the ability of being able to take time off - for yourself, for appointments, home, family, etc. Also company experiences and team bonding throughout the year is amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all inclusive. No one is ever left behind. We truly appreciate our differences, and have a goal crushing attitude towards everything. We celebrate everyday moments together. We give back to the community, with an adopt a family during the holiday's. Positive change is our mission each day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No standard questions were asked. I knew they wanted to get to know me. I also liked that they allowed me to ask questions about them, their culture. One question in particular was, what would make me happy in my day to day experience. I knew they truly cared about happiness in their culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun. Seriously, not to sound like a cliche, but we are family. We respect one another, and make our work environment fun. Life is short, and we spend a lot of time at work. We are a team on the same mission, to change people's lives. The best thing about our team - is we have each other
