What are some of the best things about your team?
The team puts great effort into making customers happy, showing dedication and hard work. However, they need to improve meeting prioritization, communication, and IT knowledge, as the lack of technical skills often hampers effective work and collaboration.
Everyone seems to love what they are doing :) And everyone is willing to help their peers. Also, you learn a lot and it's adequate to know that everyone is doing their best. We cheer on each other and it's just an amazing team I would say :D
Skilled colleagues that i also enjoy spending time with after work.
Diverse, open and friendly. You can always share your ideas and learn from each other.
That everyone has respect for each other, no matter their personality, background, experience, or role. Everybody counts!
