The insurance is top notch
Paid primary benefits, union has your back
The benefits package seems pretty generous. The only concern is the company's 401k match which is below average.

I wish i can make bonuses for a company that loses money
I would feel better if the executives at this company would compensate the rank and file employees that worked to keep this company afloat despite the decisions of the upper level management rather than because of them.
Drivers everywhere else makes seven dollars more an hour dockworkers on forklifts make four dollars more an hour everywhere else in here they think they're giving you the world!!!!
Return the concession to us, 15% pay and 75% into my pension for starters.
Other trucking companies pay better wages . Our usa counterparts got a cola agreement in place and received a dollar more per hour before end of cba
Took a pay cut in 2008 yet to get back to where we should be
always have to be on guard because my manager is always watching in the cameras

The rest of the industry is paid $4 to '$5 an hour more
For management to listen to employees we been here a average of 25 years.
living and working in Canada for yrc is like being in a third world country , they have no concern for Canadian employees and treat them as such with a fire now and question later mentality . Have us using garbage equipment ans garbage terminals .
