Howard Moshier — President of New Penn at YRC Worldwide

Mr. Howard Moshier has been the President of New Penn Motor Express, Inc. of YRC Worldwide Inc. since September 20, 2017. Mr. Moshier served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Equipment Services at YRC Freight Inc. Mr. Moshier leads New Penn, a YRC Worldwide Inc. subsidiary highly recognized for delivering the most next-day service lanes in its territory and annually recording one of the lowest claim ratios in the industry. New Penn provides industry-leading on-time reliability for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic United States, Eastern Canada and Puerto Rico. He was named to the position in September 2017. Mr. Moshier has more than 30 years of freight transportation experience and service performance. He began his transportation career as a part-time dock worker in college. His experience includes a variety of operations and sales roles ranging from dock supervisor to terminal manager, Regional Sales Manager to Northeast Division Vice President where he led Sales and Operations. He is dedicated to providing strategic direction and operational guidance to promote a network that drives superior service. Mr. Moshier earned a bachelor of Marketing and Business from Western Michigan University.
