Higher wages, having a professional district manager
Told this year our 401k was being cut and no raises plus cutting hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
the best thing about my tea is work together
we stay positive, even during store liquidations. :)
Work feels like coming home to family. Everyone gets along and we have become a family. Very wonderful to work with!

Coworkers were great. Executives, no.

beautifull culture in my company
the store teams are great. leadership in the company is less than satisfactory.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Move the company into the 21 century. POS is decades old, stock is scarce and poorly constructed. Always told what is wrong with no idea what is right
