Can't even provide severance to employees that got let go with no notice.
This compsny works with SAW enterprises and based on my experience I believe they give incentive for technicians to lie on their reports. We had a technician evaluate and say our furniture had a manufacture defect and needed replacing however the report said no issue and Z gallerie wont replace
Sending quality products and standing behind them. I received a gift in the mail that was stained and dirty and they would not exchange the item for me because it was past 30-days. I cannot control the timeline in which a gift was given to me. This is rude and uncalled for.
Delivery and customer service. They refused to deliver to my house because they did nit want to go up 5 flights of stairs. They claim they give white glove service but it definitely wad not!
Horrible customer service, if I would know before....
