Cramped and terrible working conditions in back of house

Some diversity but mostly white women.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining RH?
That it is an extremely catty culture and there is almost no room for growth.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at RH?
Incredibly difficult unless you kiss up to management. Good luck with that though because the entire company is basically Mean Girls.
