I have not gotten a raise in 2 years, the last raise i got was 10 cents an hour more.

Matching 401k , bonuses , and annual increases more thank .25 cents per hour

Lateral movement and no consistency in teams/leaders

Undervalued only in the sense I never received proper training for my job. I was very satisfied with compensation. Sadly, no profit sharing.

Match 401k, better PTO policy, better work schedule, do not make employees pay to park.

It starts with the CEO. This is a man who thinks it’s perfectly fine to gather all of his managers on a week’s notice for a meeting, force them to wait in a sweaty room for HOURS because he is late, and feed them nothing but crackers over the course of 12 hours while he rambles unprepa

The interviews were not difficult, but it was clear that they were unsure. Rather than make a choice, they had me come back for too many follow up interviews. I should have gone with my gut that it was a red flag and declined the job.

The former recruiting director, who was laid off, took 2 months between first contact to set up an interview. Terrible recruiting department.

Don't say something and then reverse it when time to sign contract.

They took a month to finally schedule me after my interview, and I had to go in twice to be interviewed by 3 different people before I was offered a job

Too many issues to list in the minimal words.

Staff needs to be treated better and prices need to be lowered

The back of the house cooks need to be evaluated for there toxic behavior and fired honestly or they turn around on new hires will always be terrible
