RH Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

They really got to know a lot about me as a person

Positive feedback from both ladies

Review from Sales Dept

love the interview process thanks

Review from Design Dept

Open and relaxed converation. Meaningful questions.

I was offered a job immediately

the walkthrough was awesome and manager knew a lot about the company

Now interviews are s mostly based on referals, not on experience.

It was pretty simple and straight forward

I liked doing the tour throughout the building to provide the understanding of the layout and where departments are located.

Speaking with all the staff memebers.

Complete transparency, understanding, empathy, and appreciation.

It was just normal conversation about life.

Review from Sales Dept

It was quick and not intimidating

Review from Operations Dept

They wanted to know about me as a person and member of the team

Very welcoming they offer coffee and drinks wile you wait to be interviewed

The restaurant ambience was beautiful

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The interviews were not difficult, but it was clear that they were unsure. Rather than make a choice, they had me come back for too many follow up interviews. I should have gone with my gut that it was a red flag and declined the job.

The former recruiting director, who was laid off, took 2 months between first contact to set up an interview. Terrible recruiting department.

Don't say something and then reverse it when time to sign contract.

Review from Operations Dept

Too long and drawn out. Want you to meet with too many people.

They took a month to finally schedule me after my interview, and I had to go in twice to be interviewed by 3 different people before I was offered a job

To many steps. To long and drawn out.
