My manager is great and genuinely tries the best for us. However, the resources their able to scrounge up aren't enough and the entire team basically works 7 day weeks because execs refuse to give her more buying power for team members

They are too far removed from the day to day challenges in the store and have unrealistic expectations. They do not value opinions of things they arent interested in hearing especially if it does not benefit them. Its 2022, match your employees 401k like a normal company.
Picking favorites, petty immature insults and actions, falsely advertising the values of the company by saying they care about their people when I've never seen a poorer example.
Let people have an opinion.
