I love the job and I am good at it. But my assistant Manager is the worst. Once one of your bosses personally dislikes you, then you will hate workibg there. They will control you and everything you do and degrade you infront of customers. Other than her making my life pain, the job is fun.

The minimum wage was raised.

My boss interviewed me and was professional and very nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making Sales and customers leaving happy knowing they got good service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating sales and giving everyone compliments for success is great. But my assistant manager ruins the positives.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being able to check each other when one gets way out of line. My assistant manager is currently out of line and I dont know what to do about it.
