My manager always has my back

They created a teamwork culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being able to check each other when one gets way out of line. My assistant manager is currently out of line and I dont know what to do about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The minimum wage was raised.
The hourly wage is above comparable companies

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility, Not dropping the chain, and clear communication.
Celebrating sales and giving everyone compliments for success is great. But my assistant manager ruins the positives.

The back and forth of Q&A.
My boss interviewed me and was professional and very nice.
They did not make me feel intimidated during the interview

Store manager is unprofessional and needs to improve skills
What makes you most happy at work?
Satisfaction of giving good customer service and having it be recognized by the customer and co workers.
Making Sales and customers leaving happy knowing they got good service.
Customers are the only reason I am happy at work
I enjoy my co-workers and immediate manager
