What can this brand most improve?

I recently took my diamond and rose gold ring into sales in the war to have it repaired. Debris fused to repair the rain saying it was normal wear and tear. The receipt said the rose gold was "removed". Insinuating I took the rose gold off. I'm highly offended and will never shop or refer again.

Not a customer centric run company. Too many I can't not alliwed etc.
