Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With having a AJP degrees and making our sells I would HOPE more the $13 an hour. I'm constantly filling in for employees also and believe to be a great employee.
a better percentage of comensation when seeling high end jewlery that no one usually is able to sell due to high price
