What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how caring they are with the tasks that they give and really conscious of how we feel about it

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mainly and solely overtime as means of getting more income
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can say that I also lack some skills but I am fairly competitive compared to the new ones however I believe they offer them higher salaries compared to what I am even getting right now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other and we are happy to help and receive help. Willingness to do anything without a heavy heart.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think communication here is great. Our managers ensure that we are heard and that there's always something we can do about it to make it a little better for us.
Freedom to work with ample time and lots of friends
