Tom Sciuto is an esteemed leader in the benefits administration industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing, Strategy and Community Labor Officer at Zenith American Solutions ("Zenith"), the world’s largest Taft-Hartley (multiemployer) third party administrator (“TPA”). With over three decades of expertise, Tom is a trusted partner who prioritizes client satisfaction, value creation, and most importantly, an optimal member experience – the cornerstone of Zenith’s commitment to superior service delivery.
Since joining Zenith in 2015 as Chief Client Officer and subsequently serving as Chief Growth Officer, Tom has held various independent contributor and leadership positions in sales, client services, marketing, product, and consulting in both the health and retirement areas, at leading regional, national and local health plans, such as United Healthcare, HealthNet, and ConnectiCare. In addition, he provided C-Suite consulting services to both the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (MPTN – Foxwoods), and United Healthcare. His experience covers various market sectors, including Commercial, Public Sector, Governmental, Taft-Hartley and Tribal, and with clients of all sizes. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut, and has earned Life, Accident and Health producer licenses in numerous states.
