Consistent communication, approachable, high level of expertise.
Extremely humble in spite of achieving so much. Very much focussed on the job and doesn't play/entertain petty politics.

Zenoti really know how to give a good compesantion to their employee

Opacity and constant change of direction, create a feeling of even insecurity , disengagement in staff, that in turn impacts the quality of service the clients receive.
