In 2016 it is really changing for the better, due to different leadership.

the management team is the worst
Start over, remove all VP level people and bring in a real CEO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is high for the level of work.
Great package - it is comprehensive as well as generous.

Work hard and play hard - it is a good balance.

New management engineering and product management, real HR, honest CEO and a more engaged board.

Culture, management and just the whole way the company is conducting its business.
