Incredibly forward thinking and experiences. Many come from other tech/fintechs and have built unicorns before. Really feel like I'm being led by the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Truly global company with a remote first team. This allows a lot of flexibility for hobbies, pets, new parents, etc... to work around their life events.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Appreciate that parental leave is equal for all including new adoptive parents. Very inclusive and forward thinking. Also 33 days PTO is extremely generous and paid for health benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all fun to engage with and super smart and hard working to boot! Everyone has a high quality of work as well and I'm confident in my team's ability to deliver.
