Leadership is very transparent with our goals, objectives, and company progress. They also motivate us to tackle our goals and work as a team.
They're incredibly approachable, even on the weekends or when it's late in their locality. The most approachable and supportive C suite that I've ever worked for.

Our PTO policy is awesome, you never need a reason to take time off, so long as it's made known ahead of time you can take the time off and do whatever you'd like. No faking sick or getting creative with reasons, just take the time you need :)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A company willingness to share opinions and best practice
Strong mission, business, and coworkers who believe in it
The sense that every employee is making valuable contributions
Everyone is comfortable to share their knowledge or train someone on something they might not be familiar without anyone worrying about how they are perceived, and nobody is afraid of asking questions

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was clearly outlined from my first convo, support was provided at each stage, excellent talent team
Everyone was very friendly, informative
My interview process was very quick and decisive. I was not left to wonder where I stood.
How attentive the hiring team is, they also take the time to explain well how the work dynamic is. So you get to make an informed decition
Each interview was clearly communicated to me regarding expectations, never felt taken by surprise

What makes you most happy at work?
Learning, working with some extremely talented and knowledgable individuals who are willing to share their experience with others and up skill those around them
How interesting are the things we do on the daily basis.
Being able to learn about crypto and solve novel problems
Working on challenging topics, or testing the API while I'm unfamiliar with the endpoint, I love learning new things and diversifying my skillset

Be sure to keep current company culture as the organization begins to scale.
More opportunities to interact with my co-workers on a casual basis, but it is tough in a fully remote team so the tradeoff is worth it.
