I love signing in to work everyday, we solve dynamic problems that require creative thinking, and although I didn't have development experience going in to the job, I learn something new about software & development everyday. What makes you most happy at work?
Working on challenging topics, or testing the API while I'm unfamiliar with the endpoint, I love learning new things and diversifying my skillset
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're incredibly approachable, even on the weekends or when it's late in their locality. The most approachable and supportive C suite that I've ever worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is comfortable to share their knowledge or train someone on something they might not be familiar without anyone worrying about how they are perceived, and nobody is afraid of asking questions
What are some of the best things about your team?
I didn't have much experience in our industry when I started, but our team had me up and running and effective in a matter of weeks, and I continue to build confidence everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our PTO policy is awesome, you never need a reason to take time off, so long as it's made known ahead of time you can take the time off and do whatever you'd like. No faking sick or getting creative with reasons, just take the time you need :)
