Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency that upper management gives on a weekly basis during all hands video conference calls on Friday. The CEO, Head of People's Operations, and Chief Financial Officer provide real time updates companywide where our business stands and any all upcoming deals. It is appreciated!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor leadership that does not inspire the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base compensation, the generous paid time off, and the ability to earn equity so I feel like I am a part owner in the company's success.
Great opportunity for top performers to make serious commissions!
Compensation is fair for the most part.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are extremely intelligent and respectful. We have open dialogue daily on how to work more efficiently. I really couldn't ask for better team members. That are so nice and brighten my day.

Great team members, not including management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What is positive about the culture and environment is our mission "to build a better workplace through food"! Everyday we are striving to create value for all of our clients over the US. It is great to provide immense value with food. The best conversations and deals occur around a table!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management team needs to change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency. Throughout the entire process the interviewing team keep me informed and let me know what I could expect at every step along the way.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would limit the number of rounds for the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find that there is purpose in my job. This pushes me day in and day out versus a job that seems draining. ZeroCater is a great company so I am willing to be a great employee.
