What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Innovation is too dependent on 3rd party software solutions. Zions is unwilling to build their own software solutions, but they have the talent to do so. Sadly, the good talent is used to shoe-horn vendor solutions into an already bloated and overly complicated system.
