They are very friendly and get the job done

They need to unite and respect each other's opinions.
They need to be more professional, stop hiring friends and family, and be more diverse on who they hire. They also need to stop bringing politics to the job site, unprofessional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stress and exhaustion rose exponentially during the peak seasons. Financial growth should compensate for that!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should stand up for their coworkers and stop brown nosing the General Manager. Eventually they will get tired of their GM.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, fair, equal, caring, promotion opprtunities
Everyone tries to make it and interact with each other
It's is calm and quick working

They need to hire better management.

Dinners,Lunch,Breakfast,higher salaries and try to bring better management
Nothing is wrong, working at this company is good

Nothing, I did all the work by myself, and they let hard work go unnoticed.
