The place is highly unorganized and employee morale is generally low. If you do well they will "promote" you to a champion. This is easily more work but you will not get a raise. Laptops and other tools required to do the job efficiently won't be given to you for months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to employee concerns. Should not have to beg for supplies needed to do the job efficiently. You need a laptop and a teams account but unless you pester them every day you will not get one for months.
