Color Outside the Lines: We represent and celebrate team members of color, and encourage career development through mentoring and sponsorship, as well as community engagement efforts through volunteering and partnerships. We help Zulily create a safe place to address racial equity in our community.
Women’s Initiative Network (WIN): We are focused on enabling professional development for women at Zulily. WIN provides ongoing learning and education around challenges and barriers women face in the workplace. Our goal is to bring events, networking initiatives, and career development opportunities as well as provide support to develop team members and leaders.
Zulily Women in Technology (ZuWiT): We are committed to building an inclusive and equitable culture for women and their allies across Zulily’s tech community. ZuWit aims to elevate awareness, celebrate women, educate allies, and connect through mentorship and networking. We serve Zulily’s mission to embrace change and win as a team.
Queerate: We seek to embrace LGBTQ+ team members at Zulily. We welcome team members from all identities, sexualities, and allies. We believe that open dialogue throughout our organization fosters an environment where everyone can express their authentic self at work. Supporting Qurate Individuals with Disabilities (SQUID): We provide Zulily with the opportunity to recognize, support, and empower team members with disabilities, along with loved ones and our greater community.
