What is the best part about your compensation package?
Zumper pays a higher percentage of health benefit premiums for not only their employees but also their dependents. This helps out tremendously as health insurance can be costly without the help of your company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people care about each other, our customers and the problem we are solving. Everyday everyone comes to work to make Zumper even better than the day before. It's so refreshing working alongside other individuals who care so much about what they are working on and who they are working with.
