Healthcare, 401K, Stock comps and recognition in the company
Our benefits are excellent- especially for a private company of our size and stage of funding. 401k matching of 3% is awesome, reimbursements for gym/wellness, home office equupment, internet, phone, professional development
The health insurance is amazing, as are PTO benefits, the 401K and stock options.
Its decent for a remote job
Stock options (especially if we have a successful exit!) and refresh grants don't have a cliff, 401k matching, benefits are amazing (monthly reimbursements, health coverage, etc.)

As a startup, there can be a lot of work. Would love to see our leaders encourage our employees to take time off to make sure we don't burn out.
