What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our emoloyees are motivated to help each other and our company mission. We believe we are doing good in the world. This pandemic and rampant racial/social inequality have impacted our mental health, so the ERGs have created a safe space to feel heard, talk about real issues, and advocate for change
It is familial! You can tell how much people enjoy each other's company here and how many of them are truly friends outside of work.

The people care about each other, our customers and the problem we are solving. Everyday everyone comes to work to make Zumper even better than the day before. It's so refreshing working alongside other individuals who care so much about what they are working on and who they are working with.
Open door policy, a feeling of camaraderie and a joint vision. Transparent throughout all departments and a feeling of being a part of something than is bigger than yourself and part of a family where your voice is heard.
