Everyone is passionate about making Zumper better. They also care about colleagues a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always transparent and supportive. Often, leaders of companies can be superficial, but I haven't found that to be the case at all at Zumper.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness program is great, as well as the unlimited time off. The time off plan is definitely an advantage as the team truly encourages you to take it.
