Great colleagues, meaningful work, great product/company mission that is helping people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is familial! You can tell how much people enjoy each other's company here and how many of them are truly friends outside of work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock options (especially if we have a successful exit!) and refresh grants don't have a cliff, 401k matching, benefits are amazing (monthly reimbursements, health coverage, etc.)

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

As a startup, there can be a lot of work. Would love to see our leaders encourage our employees to take time off to make sure we don't burn out.
