She also has substantial experience representing underwriters in public and private financings and in executing spin-offs for corporate clients in public and private financings, advising on mergers and acquisitions and providing general corporate counsel, including spin-offs for Lucent Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She served as the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Secretary at Accenture Plc from March 22, 2010 to June 1, 2015 and Accenture Holdings plc from April 2015 to June 2015. She served as a Partner in the Corporate department of the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for 10 years, which she joined as an Associate in 1992. She serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Claremont McKenna College and the Board of Directors for the Drew Foundation. She was recognized as one of the 'Dealmakers of the Year' for 2006 by The American Lawyer for her work on the $5 billion initial global offering of KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P. She was also recognized by Lawdragon magazine as one of the top 500 leading lawyers and as one of the top 500 dealmakers in America in 2007 and in 2009, she was recognized by The Legal 500 for her work in equity offerings in the capital markets. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and has spent substantial time working in Hong Kong and mainland China. Ms. Sweet received a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1989, where she was Phi Beta Kappa and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1992, where she was a Stone Scholar.

BIO: Raul Fernandez is interim president and chief executive officer of DXC Technology, the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, with over 130,000 colleagues servicing nearly 6,000 private and public-sector customers in some 70 countries from a diverse array of industries. Fernandez, who has been a DXC Board member since 2020, currently serves as Vice Chairman and co-owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a private partnership that owns some of Washington DC’s major sports franchise, including the NHL’s Washington Capitals, the WNBA’s Washington Mystics, and the NBA’s Washington Wizards. The partnership also owns Monumental Sports Network, a first-of-its-kind regional sports network for digital, mobile and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. He also currently serves as a director of Broadcom, Inc., an Alternative Governor for the NBA Board of Governors, a Special Advisor to Carrick Capital Partners, a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Volition Capital, and a director to several private companies. He has overseen a number of technology-focused companies during the course of his career, including Proxicom, which he founded and helped grow into a prominent global provider of e-commerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies, eventually taking it public. He later served as CEO of Dimension Data North America, an information systems integration company, and then was Chairman and CEO of ObjectVideo, a leading developer of intelligent video surveillance software, prior to its sale to Alarm.com in 2017. He also previously served as a director of GameStop, Corp., Kate Spade & Co and Capitol Investment Corp. V and as a member of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
