BIO: Mr. Stephen J. Squeri, also known as Steve, has been Vice Chairman of American Express Company since July 2015 and has led the Business-to-Business Group since October 2015. Mr. Squeri served as Group President of Global Corporate Services at American Express Company from November 2011 to July 2015. He served as the Group President of Global Services at American Express Company from October 2009 to November 2011 and served as its Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President from May 2005 to October 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development/Head of Corporate Development of American Express Company from July 2008 to September 2010 and oversaw mergers and acquisitions. He joined American Express as a manager in Travelers Cheque Group (TCG) in 1985 and held senior roles at TCG, orldwide Marketing and Establishment Services (ES). He served as President of the Global Commercial Card group from January 2002 to 2005, where he led the global division that markets American Express Corporate Card and American Express Corporate Purchasing Card to mid-sized and large companies. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the President of Establishment Services Canada and the United States where he oversaw American Express??? efforts to grow merchants??? businesses through innovative marketing and e-commerce programs and managed merchant acquisition efforts. From 1982 to 1985, he was a management consultant at Arthur Andersen and Company. He has been a Director of J. Crew Group, Inc. since June 2012. He serves as Director of Madewell Inc. He has been an Independent Director of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America since 2009. He serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of New York Downtown and Harlem Children's Zone. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School. He served as Director of J. Crew Group, Inc. from September 2010 to March 2011. Mr. Squeri holds an M.B.A. degree and a B.S. degree from Manhattan College.

BIO: Mr. Richard D. Fairbank is the Founder of Capital One Bank and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fairbank founded Capital One Financial Corporation in 1988 and has been its Executive Chairman since February 28, 1995, Chief Executive Officer since July 26, 1994 and President since April 24, 2003. He co-founded Advocate Financial LLC in 1998. He has been Head of MasterCard's U.S. region since 1995. He founded North Fork Bank and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fairbank began his career in 1981 with Strategic Planning Associates, spending a total of seven years consulting in different industries. Based on his belief that information and technology would change the world of consumer marketing, he developed the idea that would ultimately become the hallmark of Capital One???-its Information Based Strategy (IBS). He served as the Chairman of MasterCard's U.S. region at MasterCard Worldwide Inc. from March 2002 to February 2004. Mr. Fairbank has been an Executive Director of Capital One Financial Corporation since July 26, 1994. He serves as a Director of Capital One's three principal subsidiaries, Capital One Bank the Bank, Capital One, F.S.B. the Savings Bank and Capital One Auto Finance Inc. He served as Director of Mastercard Incorporated since 2003. He served as a Director of MasterCard Worldwide since 2003 and served as Director of MasterCard's U.S. region from March 1995 to February 2004. Mr. Fairbank served as Director of MasterCard International Incorporated since 2003. Mr. Fairbank began his career in 1981 as a consultant with Strategic Planning Associates (SPA) (which later became Mercer Management) spending seven years as a consultant and specialising in the banking industry. He has received many honors and awards including being named Best Chief Executive Officer in specialty finance by Institutional Investor magazine and Business Leader of the Year by Washingtonian Magazine. Mr. Fairbank has often been recognized for his community and industry leadership, including his 2008 appointment to the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. He also was honored as a 2008 Washington Business Hall of Fame Laureate and was named 2006 Banker of the Year by the American Banker. Mr. Fairbank graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
