BIO: As the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Noblis, Mile is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of its overall scientific, technical, financial and administrative activities. During her transition to this role, Ms. Corrigan served as executive vice president (EVP) with a broad scope of responsibility across the company. Before her tenure as EVP, she held several leadership roles, including senior vice president of Noblis Federal Civilian Solutions, where she was responsible for the strategy, business development and program execution of the federal civilian government portfolio and Noblis’ corporate digital solutions delivery. Previously, Corrigan led the effort to operationalize Noblis’ Center of Digital Excellence, for which she provided leadership, direction, strategy and vision in technology, systems development and process engineering. Her work transformed the areas of software development, software modeling and simulation, user experience, visual analytics and mobile and connective application technology. Corrigan is an industry-recognized expert software engineer with specialized expertise in agile software development and management and implementation of digital solutions, web-based systems, enterprise architecture programs and lean process engineering initiatives. She has a successful track record delivering innovative research, technology solutions and market strategies for complex federal programs in aviation, transportation, telecommunications, health and aerospace systems and a strong focus on building a culture where people thrive together. Additionally, Ms. Corrigan has been recognized with many professional awards in the government and technology sector, including the Washington Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 award for her leadership in driving growth and strategy as a DC-area business leader. She is a two-time Women in Technology award winner for her business leadership in the mid-market sector (2018) and for her contributions to Green Information Technology (2011). Corrigan earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. In addition to serving on the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Corrigan is a member of the Women in Aerospace Board.
