BIO: Mr. Mark P. Frissora has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Caesars Entertainment Corporation since July 1, 2015. Mr. Frissora serves as an Interim President of HERC. He serves as the President and Manager of Caesars Entertainment Resort Properties, LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Hertz Corporation since January 01, 2007 until September 7, 2014. Mr. Frissora served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. from January 1, 2007 to September 8, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tenneco Inc. from April 1999 to July 19, 2006 and also served as its President until July 19, 2006; he served as President of the automotive operations of Tenneco from April 1999 to July 19, 2006 and from 1996 to April 1999, Mr. Frissora held various positions within firm's automotive operations, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the worldwide original equipment business from 1998 to March 1999. He joined Tenneco Inc. in 1996 as Vice President of North American emissions control operations for Walker Manufacturing. Mr. Frissora served as a Vice President of Aeroquip Vickers Corporation from 1991 to 1996. From 1987 to 1991, he held various management positions at Philips N.V., including Director of Marketing and Director of Sales. Mr. Frissora was with General Electric Co. for 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility in brand management, marketing and sales. He has over 28 years of consumer and automotive-related experience in both aftermarket and original equipment businesses. Mr. Frissora served as the Chairman of Tenneco Inc from March 2000 to July 19, 2006 and served as its Director from November 1999 to July 19, 2006. He has been a Director at Caesars Entertainment Corporation since February 2015 and Delphi Automotive PLC since December 2009. He served as Director of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., from December 2009 to April 1, 2015. He served as a Director of FMC Corp., from January 1, 2004 to August 18, 2006. He served as an Executive Director of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. since July 19, 2006. He served as a Director of NCR Corp., from June 5, 2002 to November 18, 2009. Mr. Frissora is a member of The Business Roundtable and the World Economic Forum's Automotive Board of Governors. Mr. Frissora holds a B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and has completed executive development programs at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and the Thunderbird International School of Management.

Bill Hornbuckle

BIO: A four-decade veteran of the gaming industry, Bill Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International and is currently an Executive Committee Member and a Board of Director of MGM China Holdings with operations and resorts in Macau. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of MGM Growth Properties (MGM Resorts' REIT IPO), the CityCenter JV Board of Directors (a joint venture with Dubai World), and the Las Vegas Stadium Authority. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer of MGM Resorts International from 2009 until 2012. From 2005 until August 2009, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. He previously had served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International-Europe, where he worked on the development of the Company's gaming operations in the United Kingdom. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Las Vegas from 1998 to 2001. Prior to MGM Grand Las Vegas, Mr. Hornbuckle served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. He spent the majority of his career with Mirage Resorts in various senior management positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer of the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Treasure Island and Vice President of Hotel Operations for The Mirage, opening the hotel in 1989. Mr. Hornbuckle is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Three Square Food Bank. He is also a Founder of the Bank of George, a local banking institution. Previously, Mr. Hornbuckle served on the boards for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Foundation, and the Andre Agassi Foundation. From 1999 to 2003, he also served as a Board Member of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
