He has been a Director at Caesars Entertainment Corporation since February 2015 and Delphi Automotive PLC since December 2009. He served as Director of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., from December 2009 to April 1, 2015. He served as a Director of FMC Corp., from January 1, 2004 to August 18, 2006. Mr. Frissora holds a B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and has completed executive development programs at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and the Thunderbird International School of Management.
