Good workers. Comraderie. We bypass supervisors and work together to get everything done and done right

The newer team members are not as good as before the pandemic - and one whole department quit. But there are some dedicated people who work well as a team and want to do the best for our customers.

They always try to maintain a positive attitude, and it’s nat

I had good team members but we never had much training or development and thus fail to reach our potential. Training was on the job and advancement was always reactive. Poor long term vision on people or on properties or on the future as focus was on bankruptcy and cash flow.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The company needs to train employees better

Communicate. Provide support. Have respect for your coworkers.

Act like they care at least

Teamwork, they need to stop smoking and drink alcohol during they shift

They need to stand together when they feel disrespected by the company an undervalued not enough people speak up when being abused that the company

They could use better training or mentors
