BIO: Mr. Andrew C. Florance serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CoStar UK Limited. Mr. Florance co-founded CoStar Group Inc. in 1987 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1987 and 1995 respectively. Mr. Florance was primary responsibility for developing the first generation of software products for Federal Filings, an SEC Form 13-D tracking service, which was later acquired by Dow Jones. He is a Co-Founder of commercial real estate information trade association (REI-NEX). He serves as a Trustee at The Shakespeare Theatre Company. He has been an Independent Director of CoStar Group Inc. since 1987. He served as an Independent Director at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. from November 2, 2012 to May 12, 2016. He served as a Director of commercial real estate information trade association from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Florance received a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

BIO: Mr. Lloyd Lynford co-founded Reis, Inc. (formerly known as Wellsford Real Properties Inc.) in 1980 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1980. Mr. Lynford was a Co-Founder of Private Reis. From 1981 to May 2007, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of Private Reis. He served as President of Real Estate Research Institute from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Lynford served on the board of the Real Estate Research Institute from 1993 to 1997. He has been a Director of Reis, Inc. since 1980. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of Private Reis. He has extensive expertise in commercial real estate markets and in developing and marketing analytical products to decision makers in the real estate capital markets. He has lectured at The Wharton School, Berkeley, MIT, New York University, Columbia University and Cambridge University. Mr. Lynford graduated magna cum laude from Brown University.
