Mr. Andrew C. Florance serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CoStar UK Limited. Mr. Florance co-founded CoStar Group Inc. in 1987 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1987 and 1995 respectively. Mr. Florance was primary responsibility for developing the first generation of software products for Federal Filings, an SEC Form 13-D tracking service, which was later acquired by Dow Jones.
