BIO: Mr. Michael P. Durney, also known as Mike, CPA, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of DHI Group, Inc. since September 30, 2013. Mr. Durney served as the Chief Financial Officer at DHI Group, Inc. from June 1, 2000 to September 30, 2013 and its Executive Vice President of Industry Brands Group from March 14, 2013 to September 30, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until September 30, 2013. Mr. Durney served as Treasurer of DHI Group, Inc. since July 2000 and its Senior Vice President of Finance until March 14, 2013. He served as a Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of IAC/InterActiveCorp. (formerly, USA Networks, Inc. (formerly, HSN, Inc.)) from March 1998 to May 2000; Chief Financial Officer of Newport Media, Inc. from 1996 to 1998; Executive Vice President of Finance of Hallmark Entertainment, Inc. from 1994 to 1996; and Vice President, Controller of Univision Television Group from 1989 to 1994. He started his finance career at the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company. He started his finance career at the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company in 1983. He has been a Director of DHI Group, Inc. since September 30, 2013. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the Technology Association of Iowa. In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Council of the School of Business and a member of the board of directors of the College Foundation at the State University of New York at Oswego. Mr. Durney holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant.

BIO: Ryan Roslansky is the CEO of LinkedIn, the world’s largest and most powerful network of professionals. Ryan joined the company in May 2009 and has since held leadership roles in every part of LinkedIn’s business. Before LinkedIn, Ryan was senior vice president of products and content at Glam Media, and held various product and general management positions at Yahoo!, including spearheading the acquisition of Overture in 2003.
